National Shiba Club of America

In December 2021, my son Mark and I were fortunate to attend the National Shiba Club of America (a member club of the American Kennel Club) and the Royal Canin National Championship Show over three incredible days.

It was an unforgettable experience where I had the opportunity to meet so many passionate breeders, admire outstanding Shiba Inus, and learn from some of the very best in the breed. The atmosphere was inspiring, and I thoroughly enjoyed every moment.

A Visit to Slovenia

From there, we travelled to Slovenia, where I had the pleasure of catching up with Darian, his wonderful family, and of course, their beautiful Shibas.

​

Their hospitality was truly exceptional. We enjoyed amazing food, wonderful company, walks with the Shibas, and one of the highlights of my trip—a very special peek at a gorgeous litter of Shiba puppies.

It was an unforgettable experience and one that I will always treasure.
