​"The Shebs Hotel" is a phrase first given to us by one of our wonderful Shibalia families, Ms. Sashi. It captured the spirit of our Stay & Play so perfectly that it has stuck ever since and has become affectionately known throughout our Shibalia community.

Once we've spoken, we'll collect the additional information needed to make your Shiba's stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. This includes their feeding routine, medications (if required), sleeping preferences, exercise needs, emergency contacts, and any other important details that will help us care for them as though they were one of our own.

We also offer the "Shiba Shuttle" for convenient collection and drop-off, a name affectionately coined by another of our wonderful Shibalia families, Ms. Mari. If this is something you'd like to discuss, simply let us know in your enquiry.

Need a last-minute stay? If your plans have changed unexpectedly or you need urgent boarding, please don't hesitate to call us on 0418 300 700. We've helped many of our Shiba families at short notice, including those needing to catch an unexpected flight, and we'll always do our best to help whenever we can.
